- Instead of riding vehicles now and then while going somewhere that is within walking distance, I choose to walk.
- Mostly I eat home-cooked healthy/nutritious food.
- Instead of junk food, I always choose nutritious food.
- I have a capsule wardrobe which means every top/shirt/Kurti goes well with every trouser/jeans/pajama.
- Before buying anything I think twice if it is needed or wanted then pause a minute and buy stuff intentionally.

There are numerous ways to live frugally. Be open to new ideas and experiment with different strategies of minimalism and choose what suits you best. Now focus on frugal living ideas:-
- Learn to cook nutritious food in five to ten minutes: so that you can resist the temptation to dine out when you feel hungry.
- Plan your meal: planning your meal has multiple benefits such as:
- It saves your valuable time
- There is less room for food waste
- It saves you from the tension of cooking food when you are hungry

- Through proper meal planning, you have many good food options and different varieties in your plat
- While buying groceries, purchase only the things you need: what happens when you are in a grocery store you end up buying so much unnecessary stuff that is not really required. So be specific and intentional while buying.
- Start side hustle: having a side hustle gives you power and flexibility to control your schedule. It allows you to chase your passion and use your creativity along with financial benefits.
- Invest: leading a minimalist lifestyle and saving money is not enough, investment is important as well. So inflationary pressure can’t erase the value of your saved money.
- Create a capsule wardrobe: in the world of minimalism, a capsule wardrobe is quite popular. Let me 1st tell you what a capsule wardrobe is: it means having a set of essential clothes that always stay in fashion and you can pair them in multiple ways and save a lot of money.

- While shopping, go to the wholesale store: in wholesale stores buying things in stock is cheaper than in retail stores.
- Wait for sale: if you are planning to purchase precious stuff wait for the sale and save money. I would like to advise you to always buy clothes and beauty/grooming essentials on sale.

- Repurpose your expensive clothes: instead of purchasing new attire for every special occasion, you can create a new look by mixing and matching.
